Why Arsenal are real title contenders next season?

Walcott Celebrating his goal against Wigan
With Sir Alex Ferguson retiring, and Mancini sacked. Arsene Wenger and Arsenal find themselves in a great position. Man Utd. and Man City won't be as good as they were this year. It will probably come down to Chelsea and Arsenal, with Mourinho coming back according to rumors.
Arsenal have the money and they should spend it. One signing that I wish would happen, but it probably won't: is Fabregas coming back to Arsenal. Arsenal would have one of the best Midfield in the world. Another signing, would be a striker, There are a lot of names flowing around right now, but Stevan Jovetic looks like he is the closest to being an Arsenal player. The Arsenal team will more balanced because The trio of Podolski, Cazorla, and Giroud would have settled in. Also, it will come down to consistency, if Arsenal are able to play good football every game, they more than capable of getting the results they need. Another key is Jack Wilshere he is the future of the club, he will get the rest he deserves this summer, so hopefully he will be at his best. If Arsenal can make the right moves, it will mean a trophy finally. Here is how Arsenal's starting 11 for next season should look like:
GK- Wojciech Scezney
DEF- Bacary Sagna, Per Mertesacker, Laurent Koscielny, Nacho Monreal
MED- Mikel Arteta, Jack Wilshere, Cesc Fabregas
OFF- The Walcott, Lukas Podolski, Santi Cazorla
Bench: Fabianski, Gibbs, Rosicky, Giroud, Jovetic, Chamberlain, Ramsey

Now All Wenger has to do is secure the Top Four spot and then start spending.
